I can't remember but if my giant is level 200 but I make a Human and he is level 30. Will they combine levels since they are made in one account? I wont be able to use the free warps and such?

Nope, they are NOT combined. The lvl's for those types of benefits are calculated by the one with the highest lvl. I.E. lvl200
