If something is damaging your mental health you either need to stop doing it, or step back and take a break.
If the break doesn't help, move on and try something new.
Communities are always rough, you just have to search for the right people in said community to hang with, make your own group of friends, once you're happy. Ignore the community.
That's what I did at least. Worked well, until everyone quit.. I guess then you just rinse repeat the process, something I couldn't bother doing. :^)
Gacha, I can't give advice on. I have never spent money on them, unless I had leftover NX from buying Pon for my Style Tab. They really aren't worth it, but that's just my opinion. I did fine without them quite honestly.

Just here to share some art I've done.
I don't have a drawing tablet so I draw all my stuff with my laptop trackpad, it's been like this for many years.
So here we go--
A drawing not of my mabi character, but my persona. I was thinking about the old days of roller skating and how I missed doing it, so this drawing happened. I also wanted to draw the Bunny Parka with a slight twist to it.
2 drawings in this spoiler, these were birthday gifts for my boyfriend, the first image.. being well self explanatory. The 2nd one, as my boyfriend loves the game Persona 3, I drew Makoto Yuki, his favorite character in the game, for him.
This drawing, is a redraw of an older drawing. I was inspired by the song Otterpop by Shawn Wasabi.
