You accumulate points by doing a mission. It's the points that give you the title. Your only choice is whether you want to take one week or three to get the title.
This.
I always figured I'd be around a while anyway and always gave up quests that didn't sound like fun or if I couldn't (or didn't want to) solo something. Some Life talent GM quests are simply unreasonable too, requiring way too much grinding/resources or terribly expensive/rare mats. Besides, it's bittersweet to finally get the GM title as it opens up a daily void that the quests filled. Make it last - enjoy it - and buy your certificate from Lezarro on Wednesday.
I have had pretty good luck over the years finding clay flutes.
I typically start at the Human Mark mana gate, mount a slow mount like a unicorn or horse (not one with speed boost), equip an L-Rod and stick to the Western foothills all the way down to Qilla. I would estimate one out of 4 or 5 trips like this will yield at least one clay flute. Or maybe I have just been lucky.
The slow mount may not be necessary, but I find faster mounts make me miss the beeps sometimes. Demi might work too but the slower method always seems to be more successful for me.
Edit: Sure enough, found three flutes on my second run.
