The divine form is the Millitian deriving power from an external deity. It's implied that the source of the power comes from a deity that is on par with Aton Cimeni. There are multiple speculations both in universe and out and implied that the form could eventually grow to be able to fully control reality in Erinn. The implication being that we're basically larval forms of beings that could grow to be on par with deities like Aton. The fun fact is that the skills that are exclusive to Divinity are actually little burps and warping of reality. Blast is the form funneling outworldly power (anti-matter to this world basically) right on top of your enemies. Blink is literally the form moving out of reality for a moment, and Nova is the form overlapping divine and outworldly power in the same space to make a REALLY big explosion.
Though back on topic, not even Talvish really knows what we became. Only that we've ascended to another level that is the result of all our other powers consolidating and merging with outworldly power.
