    It's a reserved GM's name. There is such a thing as reserved names with Nexon games to prevent "impersonation" - even though they have GM tags in their names. (There was a huge controversy regarding a GM's name in Maplestory 2. They just up and changed that players name without any regard. Made the player mad as hell and enraged the community).

    Send in a ticket and ask them about that name.

    Well, here is an experiment for you then. Try using Katherz or Mewlynne's name.
