    How many people actually read the entirety of the rules and eligibility?

    I usually do read the rules when i enter, but I'm also not a meme fan either. Although just to get out there to get used to doing something different. I read the rules ages ago but i don't know how i missed the restriction for people in other countries x.x .

    I love how the rate of submissions increase after the deadline. And pretty decent ones too.

    Oh shoot now that I see the disclaimer.....I had been suspended once cause of an accident with me and my father and him getting a refund....I'm still penalized by not being able to buy online anymore....I seriously have to be limited from that? It's been years! And they still penalize me not only with having to buy Karma Coin Cards but also by keeping me from participating in this? Evil...
