[NAB]The Crafting of Bolt Heads are Broken

As far as I've been able to test the crafting of the Bundle of bolt regular, fine, and finest heads do not have a finishing material listed. Unable to proceed passed 99.9% in crafting.

    Hey there can you provide more information about your issue? I was able to finish crafting these bundle of bolts without a finishing material.

    No finishing material is needed for these items.
