Does The Blacklist Affect Your Friend List?

So earlier I added someone to my blacklist and was greeted with "You can't add any more people to your friend list."
Do they share the same limit? So let's say the cap is 200 friends (I don't know what the actual cap is) and you have 50 people blocked, does that mean you can only have 150 friends?

    Yeah; people have been pushing to have these lists seperate, but for now, they both count towards your Friends cap.
