Border collie is bugged?

So the border* collie is suppose to pick up junk lieing around on the floor. For some reason its no longer picking up cobwebs. this use to be a thing. was there some "bugfix" that changed it so you have to gamble for kristle doll bags instead?

    Is it's inventory full?
    It will not pick up anything if it has a full inventory.

    apparently im wrong, they dont pick them up. feels like they should but apparently they dont

    But I have the border collie and it does pick things up? He's my dungeon-junk buddy. I think they just get confused sometimes on following/attacking/picking things up, try typing "pick up!" in the chat next time and he should go back to doing his job if his inventory isn't full.

    I'm having the same issue, I first noticed it last year but didn't pay much mind since I was just dropping things to its inventory. Now that I want it to pick Cobwebs up it doesn't? Same for my monkey, both of their inventories aren't half full yet.

    Any one know why? Or a solution?
