New Dye Creation Item (NX Shop)

A new type of dye ampoule that allows you to create any RGB value of dye, metal or cloth.

Its tiring to wait for dokidoki dye creation events and I would rather just throw money to get my desired dyes outside events or gachas

    Such an item would probably be pricey and have certain prereqs and not exchangeable.
