Glyph Skill % does it stack with reforge?

Example: (Reforge) Drop kick Level 20 = 180% more dmg and lets say I have a glyph level 9 (drop kick dmg +36%).

Will the 180% + 36% bonus dmg towards drop kick be combined?

I am saying this because Echostone's reforge and regular reforge on items dont stack together.

    yes, at least from what I've seen with smash it stacked with regular reforge unlike echostone + normal.
