Is there any way to transfer these between characters on accounts?

I know in the early days they weren't bank or pet tradeable but its been ages... let a girl use her scrolls on her main.

    Haven't tried bank or pet, but I think you're right.

    I've done this: Drop. Have a friend pick up. Log Alt (or main in your case). Have friend drop. Pick up.
