Can Milletians Get Pregnant?
Comments
That presupposes the answer to the question stated in the title of the thread.
Yes it does.
Then it's a non-sequitur since it does not answer the question.
Wasn't the original question answered?
Nope, you presupposed it, then went from that.
No I meant the question was answered back then my by my current presupposition.
Let's review:
Question: Can Milletians get pregnant.
Reply: If Milletians can get pregnant then it is concluded that their kids aren't Milletians.
The reply does not work as some kind of "Reduction to Absurdity" argument or whatever the opposite of that is called. The reply does not answer the original question at all. It's like saying:
Little boy: Mommy, I used the potty all by myself!
Mommy: Did you have a number 1 or a number 2.
Little Boy: If I had a number 2, I'd have to sit down.
It doesn't answer the question!
Well as far as we've seen, we haven't seen any Milletian get pregnant and that is with a certainty for player Milletians. For NPC Milletians, we don't know what happens off-screen, but no one has physically seen it.
No we haven't, hence the original question, I reckon. Anyway, this is my take:
Granted it's boring and not much fun.
<sarcasm>
</sarcasm>
Nao creates all the Milletian children.
Does she or is she a kind of shepherd for the soul stream.
It does. Milletians can get pregnant.
Maybe NPC Milletians can, but PC Milletians cannot. I mean how many times have you come around a corner to see two players spamming the Laugh emote at each other. Despite all that, the youngest thing I've ever seen running around is a ten-year old.
As a side thought, is NPC Milletian an oxymoron?
These things always begin with things being hard.
