I thought it would be fun to make a thread for players to post their favorite recipes too. Do you guys have any simple, easy, or fun recipes that you like to make? Post here if you do!

The one I'd like to share today is a tasty recipe that my fiance and I like to make on occasion. It's called Chicken Milanese. It consists of panko coated boneless, skinless chicken breasts served with an arugula salad coated in a lemon-sour cream sauce and oven roasted potatoes. We thought it was going to be a complicated recipe since it sounds fancy, but it was easy to make and super tasty. Plus it was fun to make with another person. You guys should try it!

Here's the scan of the recipe. (Sorry it's a bit blurry here and there): http://i.imgur.com/qEnX4YI.png and http://i.imgur.com/DBrOWhz.png

This is how mine turned out!

My recipes are pretty simple and I use a crock pot (3 qt) because it's easy. It also helps that I don't have to actively do much past prepping the ingredients, so it's good for beginner cooks. Bear in mind this recipe has a 3qt crock pot in mind, so if yours is bigger or you have more people to feed, you can alter the recipe accordingly. This recipe usually yields 6-7 servings.

    Curry
1 1/2 pounds of chicken or beef
2 large russet potatoes, cut into cubes
1 medium-large onion, also cut into cubes (you can cut them however you like though)
Either 1x 8 oz package of S&B Curry Sauce Mix or 2x 3.4 oz packages of S&B Curry Sauce Mix (Sometimes stores don't sell the 8 oz one, but I've found the curry comes out well either way. Also bear in mind the mix has heat ratings. I typically use medium hot and there's no bite.)

You can also add your favorite vegetables to it if you'd like, though take into account the vegetable's flavor (like corn might be too sweet to put into curry). I've put in carrots and leeks before (not in the same batch).

Basically, all you have to do is cut all of your ingredients into cubes, with the exception of the Sauce Mix; they come in little bricks that you just break apart. Put everything into the crock pot (you don't have to cook the meat beforehand), put in enough water so that it just covers the ingredients (too much water and it will make the sauce runny). I tend to throw the crock pot on high for a few hours and once i see the meat is cooked, I turn it down to low. Don't worry if it takes a while for the sauce to thicken; it will. Just stir it occasionally and leave it alone and within 6-8 hours, you'll have curry. You can serve it over rice or it's good just by itself.
