During the recent Black Friday Sale, I was away for work and was unable to purchase the items i typically would buy. I found myself trying to purchase some things (For example I normally buy a years worth of VIP during this time to save on the high price i consider it to cost normally) During the patch time. The items were showing on the Cash shop still, it just wasn't allowing me to proceed with the purchase. I contacted Nexon support about this and explained the situation to them, letting them know i realize I was a few hours late on the purchase and i understood the event was over but asked if they could make an exception due to my circumstances. After several ticket reply's back and forth, they gave me a request denied reply.
I do understand the events have a time line on them and that we generally have a good amount before they run out. However being that it was something that was out of my control and I was so close to getting it I felt like they were a bit rigid on their quick response to deny my request. It would have been nice to see a bit of leeway on their behalf. I would have been spending a pretty substantial amount just on the year of service not to mention the countless hundreds i've spent on the game over nearly 15 years of playing.
Any thoughts on improvements in this type of scenario would be appreciated. I doubt I am the only one who has found themselves in this kind of a situation where you simply don't have the means to get online and purchase something before a item is removed or a event is ending.
