Moonshadow Emissary's Scythe Appearance visual bug

I recently purchased the Moonshadow Emissary's Scythe Appearance Scroll for my 2hand axe. Immediately upon using it however I noticed that the special upgrade position is conflicting with where the hands are located on the axe. Does not seem to be intended to me.
