Special Upgrade Conversion Kit not showing all

Using the Special Upgrade Conversion Kit from the event isn't showing all my items with Special Upgrades, It shows one of my Spirit Weapons, but not my other two, and it shows one non-spirit weapon, but none of my others

    Not a bug, but rather a limitation of the kit. From Arcana: Dark Arts patch-notes:

    • The Special Upgrade Reset Kit and Special Upgrade Conversion Kit items cannot be used on some weapons:

    Ok, I see my Fanatic Greatsword and Hermit Staff are on that list so those I guess makes sense even if what is on the list itself doesn't really make sense, but the Cylinder I have there is not on the list, so even stuff not on the list is also getting excluded
