Fly High Event Does Not Reward At Level 50 Arcana

As the title says, the Fly High Event is bugged.

    Hi @Darkpixie99

    Can you try changing channels/relogging after reaching Arcana Level 50 to see if that'll trigger the reward? If not, you'll need to reach out to Player Support so they can look to see why it didn't trigger for your account.

    I'm wondering why several skills do not show up as an option to rank up when attempting to use the Flying Skill Training Support Box? The item description states "A box that contains the knowledge and expertise to train a skill to its maximum rank." I was able to use it on other skills which granted R1 to the skill. It states you need to have already learned the skill and have yet to reach their highest rank. There are several skills I have already learned but do not come up as an option to rank up. To name a few: Tailoring, Meditation, Mining, Campfire, Rest, First Aid and I'm assuming so many more

    Some of the ones that don't show up with the potion are book related or crafting skills.
    A lot of the Glyph related ones as well.
    It might be intended to encourage players to play the game, instead of skipping everything.
    You can still use the Skill Seals from the Training half of the Veteran NPC's event.

    I still don't know how it happened, but after I had this issue...
    Relogging did nothing, but after taking a Grandmaster Mission from Lezarro (and entering his mission), the items showed up in my inventory out of nowhere.
    There seems to be some sort of delay on item delivery from events.
    Either the display of item rewards itself is delayed (and still has a lag), or something in particular with the way the Fly High event was designed.
    I am still seeing rubberbanding issues within missions, so anything is possible with this old engine.
    If the rewards hadn't been an automatic reward, and had been from a Claim Button like with the Fergseus Weapon event, it probably wouldn't have had the prolonged latency error in the first place.
