Big suggestion for Homestead dungeons.
Basically, add a cavern or a stairwell that leads to a dungeon entrance similar to castle dungeons. Each dungeon is customized by the owner of the homestead, and can include most if not all the basic functions of normal dungeons.
The passes will come at a base fee from the Brownie or dispenser that comes with the dungeon.
Things the homestead owner can do with the dungeon:
1: Customize the floors included in the dungeon, and the general floor plan layout. Low level homesteads have lesser choices than those with higher level homesteads for dungeons.
2: Set up the music for said dungeon, want to have ferghus's theme for your dungeon, well it can be!
3: Monsters in your "Hunted" Log, or from dungeons you have cleared can be included in the dungeon spawn pool. They yield no special drops, with the exception of base gold and misc items like leathers or gems. Each monster's strength can be adjusted or preset based on:
-Homestead level
-Dungeon difficulty
-Adjusting of settings
4: The Boss room can also be customized to have one or more bosses with underlings. Their skill pools and strengths can be edited via interface. The use of pets of course since it is a homestead is prohibited, as well as raincasting, and most other "Cheat skills" that bypass dungeon difficulty. The boss could be any enemy that isn't part of the mainstream story such as GIrgashi, or Dian, Nuadha, etc. This means you could have a fat Ferghus boss, a crazy strong Imp boss, or even a giant world ending age 100 red sheep with a black fleece that can conjure dragon meteors on a whim.
5: Reward room: Rewards include a multitude of homestead items, props, a number of homestead stones, pons, gold, enchants, totem items and very rarely a pattern or blacksmith manual for items.

I would fill my dungeon with exploding monsters.
Drops will be adjusted, and the maps will be adjusted as well.
It seems as if certain dungeons will be made easier for newbies.
A new UI for the Dungeon Guide was teased in the slideshow presentation as well.
The Over The Rainbow Event was designed to prepare players with equipment for the harder and more endgame dungeons.
So, Nexon may not see an immediate need to allow players to customize dungeons in Mabinogi for the moment.
(Edit: sorry for all the edits. Tried to make things clearer.)
As much as I enjoyed Wizard101 back when I was a kid, I would have to say that Nexon working with Kingsisle Entertainment in order to develop a similar feature would be far more involved than working on a single feature.
The recent Roblox situation has awakened the world that there can be corruption inside of companies that claim to be safe for minors.
Nexon is no exception to this rule, as one of the former CEOs in KR had stepped down due to embezzlement charges.
(How Nexon managed to get the money to greenlight Project Eternity after that, I have no idea, and I am impressed with the progress.)
A lot of Nexon's advertising in KR seems to have been aimed at a younger or more general audience.
If Nexon were to ask Kingsisle Entertainment how they made a custom dungeon mechanic, the conversation would be more likely to spiral into Kingsisle Entertainment asking what Nexon's capacity is as a company to be safe for minors while being COPPA compliant.
UGC (User Generated Content) takes up a lot of moderation resources that Nexon simply does not have.
Things are more complicated in the online sphere when it comes to permitting UGC than they used to be.
Peria Chronicles ran with this same concept of providing tools to create dungeons.
Peria Chronicles was canceled as a project by Nexon. (It died before Google Stadia died.)
The KR players found the Google Stadia exclusive Alpha Test to be much too boring, due to the additional pokemon-like mechanics seeming rather stiff.
The game itself would have had a lot of promise if it had been sold by Nexon as a learning tool for developers.
Unfortunately, Nexon wanted to sell the concept of a sandbox game that could do anything through code input by players.
I don't think I need to hint at things that players can do wrong with the ability to custom code on a Live Service game, after all the press coverage of Roblox.
If anything, Nexon dodged a bullet of monetary cost from both ambition and potential for negative user behaviors.
Yes, I seem to see that the devs are reacting to inflation nowadays, instead of letting the gachapons rule the market too much.
(Edit)
As in, I noticed that things from five years ago are no longer in Gachapon loot pools, but craftable item lists.
It's a nice change of pace. Hopefully that development cycle continues.
Actually, THAT is an excellent idea and, moving forward, I hope is Nexon policy. It allows Nexon time to make money but, long after such items remain fashionable, then to directly lower inflation. This is analogous to a patent: one enjoys a monopoly for a while, as an incentive & reward for one's inventive efforts but the patent expires so society can then reap the full benefit of a competitive market.
One solution could be to tie the pool of prizes you could offer to the difficulty/complexity of the dungeon created.
