Can time limits on pets be removed please?

I know Mabi are revamping and updating a lot from what I've been reading so would it be possible to have time limits on pet summons removed? I don't understand why they are timed to begin with x

    We do not need to have limits removed you can have a pet that has 23 hr summon time if you are not lazy Needing to use pets that much is a whole other problem you players have tho

    Yeah, I get what you mean. The summon timers do feel a bit unnecessary now with how much pets are used in the game.

    A 23 hour summon time even being possible is a clear indicator of the timer being redundant. Having a limit in place when you can nearly remove it yourself just means it shouldn't exist anymore. It's just a relic of the past that was probably baked into the pet system.

    I feel like pets used to be more rare/valuable due to scarcity and now we get a new pet every event + newbies get pets via the Blaanid questline and dungeon guide. Now that the market is more saturated with them, why not remove the restriction? Some people might want to idle with them as part of Fashionogi.

    Originally, it was likely to get people to buy multiple pets. Now, I wish we could just get rid of the requirement. Though where in the world did all the basic pets go from the shop?

    We've moved several of our pets to be under the care of Shamala in-game, and can now purchase them directly through her new shop in Cor!

    I'm pretty sure the pet timer was to reduce pet based lag from too many entities. That won't be a problem if they ever release unreal.
    In current engine and with the current playerbase, I don't think it's a problem. The thing is, everyone would spawn a pet and forget about it leading to 2x entities running on the game channel, making CH1 even laggier.
