Flying Skill Training Support Box

I'm wondering why several skills do not show up as an option to rank up when attempting to use the Flying Skill Training Support Box? The item description states "A box that contains the knowledge and expertise to train a skill to its maximum rank." I was able to use it on other skills which granted R1 to the skill. It states you need to have already learned the skill and have yet to reach their highest rank. There are several skills I have already learned but do not come up as an option to rank up. To name a few: Tailoring, Meditation, Mining, Campfire, Rest, First Aid and I'm assuming so many more

    Hi all, only skills that are from Skill Training Potions can be ranked using this box.

    The Flying Skill Training Support Box only works on certain skills, mostly combat-related. That’s why skills like Tailoring, Meditation, Mining, Campfire, Rest, and First Aid don’t appear, they’re not eligible. Even if you’ve learned them, the box has a limited skill list.
