Old Uncapped Master Titles Discussion Tread

If you have an idea for Devcat or Nexon KR to call or localize a new Master Title from old uncapped skills, say it here with where you got such an idea.

-When Composing, the resulting scroll can be easily played by anyone. (similar to Barry's PTJ music score scroll with a difficulty of "Master")
It'd make it so that even a r1 Playing Instrument user could get "Great Success" on scrolls, instead of having to rely on random playing.
