Curiously i asked what would be good to have on a fire wand. Red or Blue upgrade.
After a bugleing question i had the most mixed responses.
So im curious to ask.
With a cc fire wand. Or any equipment for the matter.
What would you put? Red upgrade stones or Blue?
And why? X3

If you have some really good reforge on it, or some great enchants that make this worth doing, most likely red, because it is fire and has a low cross over point for M.ATK being in the low 100s area.
To answer your question its for firebolt spam. Its a cc4 wand. And heres my personal stats
Even though this was posted in 2014, the information in it has been referenced several times in recent history (as early as Jan of this year.)
More relevantly:
When applied to different skills, in order to benefit more from Red Upgrades than Blue Upgrades, you’ll need:
Icebolt: 454 Magic Attack
Firebolt: 415 Magic Attack
Lightning Bolt: 404 Magic Attack
Ice Spear: 483 Magic Attack
Fireball: 454 Magic Attack
Thunder: 464 Magic Attack
Hailstorm: 561 Magic Attack
Meteor Strike: 114 Magic Attack
Lightning Rod: 616 Magic Attack
Shockwave: 574 Magic Attack
When you use a wand that’s aligned with the spell element you use, it raises the base damage, reducing the amount of Magic Attack you use, going down to almost 360 for Firebolt.
There is another post over at -link removed- that does align with most of these numbers.
So for your situation blue for cost, and blue for usefulness, it is really a win-win.
