advertise, there's actually a handful floating around I think. Expect to pay 10-20m depending on who's selling
I've only seen 3 people with the Eluned Afternoon Tea Dress on Ruairi so far while in Belvast. Two of which you'll usually always see near the Bank there. Not sure if there's more people with it though. But it sure feels pretty rare.
