:c i have the skill rank one, i love it.. but im very upset you get no new mood/dance with it when you level it up.. its not far for it to only be a chance in a dungeon ;-;.. In my opinion..

    I am not sure this would be counted as being "unfair" as much as being "not easily available". Regardless, I hope the drop rate is high enough.

    The moods and dances do drop from Sidhe Finnachaid, I've at least seen some people using the masks mood.

    RNG, drops on your feet if it's your drop.

    Only takes like 5-10 mins to rank the skill to 1 with all the multipliers stacked. Faster with skill seals+AP training.

    Yeah, when you kill all Bone Dragons, just after cutscene, you may find effect or animations drop on you feet or the place you were just right before the last Bone Dragon died.
    I already got Heart effect and Breakdance animation that way.
