A friend and me are trying to get one of these to rank up First Aid but since they got rid of Math Adv. for 3, we have no clue on where to get it. The wiki hasn't changed for some reason so we really don't know what to do.
Do we just run Adv. or something?

    I ran it Math Adv. with a total of 4 people (3 people and I), and one of my friends got the "Hellhound Skull". I'm not sure if the quantity matters anymore, but I hope this helps.
