As announcement explained it is a +20% success rate buff. But AGAIN it is +3%

    it's only going to be a tiny amount, it's intended lol it's just thursday bonus x2 is all. So for r3 enchants it's +2% or something, for r4 it'll be 4%. Although to be honest, it's not working at all on ruairi anyway

    it says base success rate +20%, so I guess it's a boost dependent on the base rate of the rank. Tried it and had a higher rate than just Thursday boost on a r4 enchant.
