[FIXED] Kunai Storm - Skill Information
Simply put, the skill description is missing a "+" in front of the damage of the skill for most lower ranks.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Obtain Kunai Storm
2. Read through the information to see whether or not it is "+###%"
3. All descriptions missing the "+" symbol are incorrect.
