Please do not be alarmed, it is not a scam. When an Altruist responds they will be congratulated and then directed to meet in front of Dunbarten or Belvast bank of the server's main channel. You will receive a premium item; usually a regular or metal dye, full recovery potions, party feathers, and sometimes event items depending on what event is running.
I originally created the Ambassador Sisters to explore other servers and gauge their populations. Each visit was interesting. But now I visit each server everyday to give away random free items. However there has been some wariness expressed by some players here and there and I just want to assure you all that it's ok. It's me.
