Everytime i play for a while (like 40 min or so) the game crashes and a error message pop-up saying "Not enough memory". Usually it happens when a i change location; for example when i go to my homestead, but sometimes, if i play past those 40 min it happens even if i stay in the same area.
I'm not very sure it's my ram tho, it gets to like 70%, (75% tops) every time i check with 1,5 gb (plus background apps but i close verything i can so it can't be much) of 3,5 that i have. And i'm not having lagg or anything like that, so i don't know. Also i don't have any mods.

your computer is running to much in the background randomly - which suggest's programs designed to minimize memory by decompressing. i'd guess by this you have a windows 8.0 or 8.1 as it's famous for doing this crap.
As such, using Search on your Desktop type - CMD right click it once it appears and run as Admin.
Then Copy and Paste the following,
net.exe stop "Windows search"
-Once complete do the same again with the following.
net.exe stop "superfetch"
- This will temporarily stop needless features for Windows 8 until you restart your computer.
