All Skill Reset at Dan 3

Just a quick question with regards to all skill reset. If I'm dan 3 in anything and reset, can I rerank to dan 3 again if I have the ap?

    'Any skills trained to a Dan rank will be treated as any other skill; they will be de-ranked to rank F and are able to advance as high as they were before using the capsule.
    Note that since the training for those ranks are reset to zero, the Advancement Test for the given skill will be unavailable until 100 skill training experience is regained.'

    This confuses me, does it mean that when I rerank from 1 to dan 1 I have to do the advancement test again? Also does this mean that after dan 1 I have to retrain the 100 exp before I can apply for dan 2 again?

    No you can just rank it up to dan 3
