I looked up satyr, faun, centaur...

But...it's a bit of all those.

The reason why I ask, is when I name my pet - I name it something pertinent to a mythical deity or god pertaining to the creature it resonates with.

Halp.



I did some further research and I guess it's technically a cervitaur because of it's 4 legs and deer body. -shrugs- Does this mythical creature have another name?

    His appearance reminds me of the Kentaurus monsters in MapleStory.

    Though maybe it's how chibi they both look.

    I'll just say good luck finding anything for cervitaurs. I cannot recall any sort of mythos regarding those. If you want something close, you should look into centaurs or satyr, since those'll have some fairly fun names and they sorta look like this guy.

    Yeah this pet is a far cry from the majestic cervitaur.

    And then it's holding a lyre...which makes it a faun or satyr...

    Anyway...couldn't find any specific god or deity to link it to so I just called mine Cervitaur. It was available so I went with it. lol. What did you guys name yours?
