Ah, okay, so you did enjoy this place before (responding to bolded portion). The «community» is more diverse than what is reflected on these forums... probably. I have not really run into anybody in-world for a long time who was full of vitriol towards me or anybody else that I have observed (unless they're doing it whilst I am not paying attention ?). I cannot say much about Gachapon, for I do not believe in Gambling in any of its forms and typically refuse to engage in such purchases/activities, but as for both A and B, your question(s), that is largely the focus of your mental-attention.

For example, I used to get extremely frustrated at losing in chess-matches (particularly if I was trying to obtain more «Elo» points), but to over-come that, I now just try to approach every chess-match as a study session. If I happen to lose, then I go back and study the move-list, studying it until I figure out where I may have made any mistakes, and if I can use the information to improve my knowledge, then it was a «success» as far as further improving & developing my skill (another thing I have learned to do as a result is to NOT accept matches from anybody whose Elo-Rating is less than 150 points below my own [unless I end up with my Elo exceeding 2100 then I might allow for up to a -250 point variation for opponents below my Elo]). I don't know what you are doing with your time on Mabi, and you are not being very specific about what is frustrating you, but you might try to «change the in-world game» you're playing to something you enjoy doing (for example, if you're entrepreneur-minded, you could try playing a «see how much revenue you can generate each day from Auction-House sales» game within the Mabi-World [this is easiest done with fast-selling wares such as Stacks of Holy Waters]).

I originally enjoyed the «freedom» it offered, from travel-convenience, not being restricted-for-life to any particular «class» role/skill-set, etc., but I suppose I have more of a rather «neutral» stance nowadays, for a variety of reasons. For what it's worth, the Mabi-Client used to be full of far more glitches, crashes, even the spawn-server(s) used to go belly-up a lot, and there was also once a «duping incident» resulting in a massive roll-back on a past day (resulting in the loss of a significant percentage of the player-base), and so the frustration-levels back then would have potentially been far more than the «easy mode» things have become now (although there is far less «active» population than before so maybe trying to «find a group» may have become more challenging now).

Lawyers are highly unlikely to be here, although there was once a neuro-surgeon student in the past, and I did interact once with someone who claimed to be a para-legal, but, for the most part, the vast majority of the population seem to be mostly those who are still in school anywhere from middle-school to college-students. I suspect that those who end up graduating from college tend to stop being active, and of those graduates who still stick around, I find that they tend to be a lot less active than before.

Even if someone happened to be a lawyer/attorney here, law-school literally doesn't actually teach law, but, instead, only really pumps out a bunch of BAR-association members who naïvely get into the profession thinking that they're going to make any sort of change for the better. I was at a «legal-department» some time ago discussing these matters with one of their department-members, and she was telling me how she thought that the «system» was about justice when she first got into the profession, but admitted to me that she was quite dis-illusioned once she witnessed what typically and actually happens in the court-rooms.

Spoiler-Content : Why the U.S. is a Corporation (not solely because of Title 28 U.S. Code 3002[15][a]), things that lawyers/attorneys see/witness in the court-rooms that may cause them to become dis-illusioned, the fact that every «court» is really just a show-trial kangaroo-court (mostly in the USA which has over 50% of the entire world's lawyers but also happens a lot internationally), and a hint as to why anybody claiming to be a U.S. citizen is so heavily taxed on everything.

Anyway, the real reason I stopped by here is to add ONE more reminder, for people who are starting out or starting over...:

If this was amongst your «favs» you will have plenty of experience/memories to gain/create & finally explore what you couldn't before. I also see various people on occasion «tutoring» new players so you should be able to find someone willing to help you (although it doesn't sound like you're necessarily «new» so much as that you're just «starting over» but it is unknown at this time since how long ago). Should you decide to resume/re-start, although I assume you would probably already know this, I would recommend of course doing the following things first-and-foremost...:

➡　Obtain Bags (may need to start with some of the basic ones from the General-Shops then eventually move up into bags such as the Rose Wreath Tia Bag, Luxury Equipment Bag, Simon's Clothing Bag, Kaban Bag, Kyururu Bag, Birman Bags, etc., some of these being more affordable/available than the others, but at the least there should be plenty of Rose Wreath Tia Bag Coupons available from the Auction-House)
➡　Clear Saga I Episodes 1-10 (for the Pegasus Pet-Whistle)... possibly with multiple characters on the same account for more Pegasii
➡　Obtain whatever «useful» rewards that may be available from the never-ending on-going back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back events if you need them (or for selling for quick gold)
➡　Clear as many Generations as possible... your character will become much stronger due to how your power grows exponentially from G20+
