    It is slang and I suspect it originates from British slang. The back end of a car, in Britain, is called the boot, or as we in America call it: the ass end of the car.

    Iron man dies and stays dead. Someone ruined this for me so screw everyone else. Also everyone that poofed into dust is brought back (as per the comic).

    I've known people to get really upset when things get spoiled. They almost get violent. This amuses me.
