So I was running my dailies today, I was doing the Enemy Behind mission in Tara, not one of my favorites but at least its generally quick. Entered the shadow realm and had the usual lag that tends to happen to me when I jump into that realm, so I got to hit an enemy once and then sit there for a few minutes praying the game doesn't make me dc. Then the game starts moving again, I'm thanking my lucky stars watching my character go flying around for a bit, and then suddenly:

I'm here on the other side.
I was able to make my way back through using the Play Dead action, something I remembered playing around with on that back fence in Lorraine's Nightmares - good times that - and a timesaver now XD
Anyone else also get glitches like this commonly?

The milletian, the one who saved the world on multiple occasions and acquired various god-like powers, finally went one step further. Managed to get past a small fence made of sticks and rope.

I had a situation with a lag spike a couple days ago. I tried to hop on a pet but during the lag spike I guess I clicked off somewhere, then I end up going through the castle outer wall and beyond.

The real adventure is going where you usually can't go.

You used to be able to cancel chain sweep's animation before it ended by summoning a dead marionette and could anchor rush through any obstacle quickly after, so the sky is the limit honestly. That got patched a bit ago.

So there's the edge of the map, I'd wondered about that XDD

    All maps have edges. :)

Yeah I got kinda sad when chainsweep got patched. You can still go out of bounds like in places of avalon, but it requires you to be in a certain area and sylvan dragon has to knock you out of bounds (I've done it a few times). There are still ways to explore the edges of maps it's just REALLY hard and not worth the effort anymore.

You know as a joke, they should put devcat staff npc's out there that you can talk to and get a journal accomplishment. XD

I remember that back then when lag spike was a problem, I was newbing around on my first character when suddenly the lag came in strong, I got hit by a white wolf 3-4 times simultaneously after recovering from lag, I flew over and onto the mountains. That was one strong wolf I tell ya.

In Bangor one time, I was doing the usual skywalking trick to get some screenshots when I went too far due to lag and I ended up on the cliffs over town.

Another time (this was part of that collecting fireball pages story of mine) I got lagged so bad at Rath Castle Saturday party, at the end of it right when the prize is announced and my friends and I were getting ready to leave because the lag was unbearable, I hopped on a giant's shoulder, lag it and I ended up in between the walls, then I got teleported into the sky where you can only go straight endlessly. And when you finally DC and RC, you end up in Dunby square.

Homestead leads you off the edge of the world and into the sky.

You say that and then you post the more complicated way to get out of bounds in Tir Chonaill. Flying and landing on a fence? Pls mate aint no one got time for that.

There's a hole in the boundary further north, you can just walk through it.

Here's the source of the Adelia Stream. It's not very exciting.

You think that is amazing? I had a friend who never smiles...but when I get hit by lag "To my brain" he smiled for a short frame of a second. Now THAT is amazing.
