The Nostalgic Old Man needs your help to grow a beautiful field of sunflowers for his wife. While you're working hard, don't forget to take a happy break for yourself by resting in a sunflower field. Check out the details below.
Sunflower Event
Event Dates: Thursday, June 4th, After Maintenance - Thursday, June 25th, Before Maintenance
Event Details
- During the event, you will receive the quest, "[Guide] Memories of a Bygone Summer".
- Talk to the Nostalgic Old Man in Dugald Aisle.
- Register a main character with the Nostalgic Old Man.
- You can only register one character per account.
- Once completed, you will receive the following rewards:
Daily Quest
Easy Come, Easy Grow
- The daily quest resets every day at 7:00 AM PDT.
- Help the Nostalgic Old Man give his wife a beautiful surprise by growing a field full of sunflowers.
- A Blessed Empty Bottle is added to your account every day at 7:00 AM PDT.
- Stay logged in for 50 minutes to change the Blessed Empty Bottle to the Blessed Bottle of Vigor.
- Use the Blesssed Bottle of Vigor to water the sunflowers.
- Once completed, you will earn the following rewards:
- 10,000 EXP
- 3,000 Gold
- Sunflower Coin x30
Sunflower Buff
- Rest in the sunflower field for a minimum of 10 minutes to acquire a happiness buff.
- The happiness buff only lasts for one hour.
- The happiness buff includes the following:
- Combat EXP +30%
- Item Drop Rate x1.5
- Movement Speed +5%
Completion Quest
The Field They Saw That Day
- Talk to the Nostalgic Old Man in Dugald Aisle.
- Complete the Daily Quest "Easy Come, Easy Grow" 15 times.
- Once completed, you will earn the following rewards:

Even with the expansion coupons I'm not sure there's enough room XD
Ya'know "The Field They Saw That Day" vs "The Flower We Saw That Day".
We never did get the AnoHana crossover with the Menma commerce partner, but the names really seemed too similar to be a coincidence.
Never mind. Found the other NPC. Need to stay out of Ch 1.
Also, event water bottle appears in "Me" tab first, if there's room there.
What are you trying to do?
Don't try to drag and drop the actual bottle of liquid vigor onto the sunflowers.
Just have the filled vigor bottle in your inventory and talk to the NPC "Sunflower" you can see in multiple spots around the event area.
