    I got another drop before finishing the fifth round. Eiren's letter doesn't seem to be that rare.


    Edit: For the sake of keeping statements about chain blade training/baltane missions in one thread, I'll state this here.


    So, to get raging spike, one of the requirements is to give some squires a uniform box you can get from the mission rewards.

    BUT.

    You can only give Kaour's his on Friday. And I imagine the others have a similar requirement. So we won't be learning raging spike today.

    Wow, that must be super unlucky for you.

    Speaking of unlucky, if someone finds their luck (and I don't mean the stat) to be really poor, they will fail horribly to get Chain Burst:
    - Rank 1 Critical Hit
    - Rank 3 Chain Blade Mastery
    - Rank 5 Death Mark
    - 30 Criticals with Dorcha Snatch
    - 10 Criticals with Chain Crush
    - 10 Criticals with Chain Impale
    - 50 Criticals with Chain Sweep

    EDIT: I have confirmed that the letter is untradeable.

    This is what happens when they just put ME TAB on every quest item in existence, even if it's a monster drop. To be quite frank I think they've dropped the ball a bit with how they made the skill quests for Chain Blade, aside for the 'main story.'

    Kanna's can only be given on Monday, so your guess is probably correct. I just -love- when devs hide skill progression behind huge and impassable time walls, which are also hidden behind massive amounts of RNG drops.

    How? You just have to use those skills repeatedly. There is no time limit or reset. If one is patient, it can be done pretty easily. It does not even have to be done in order.
