  • incubated eggs will receive a Phoenix Gift Box in addition to Phoenix Feathers!
  • Phoenix Feathers are used to revive other players and pets. You can normally buy these from any healer's shop.
  • Those online when their egg hatches will receive 2 Phoenix Gift Coupons, while those that are not will receive 1 Phoenix Gift Coupon.
  • Use these coupons to receive a gift box depending on how well you took care of your egg.

What ranges do we need to be at for the Fine and Finest boxes? Not exactly a fan of leaving my game running for 10 hrs, since it's 1 point per minute (don't think Music and Campfire give much of a point boost or speed up the process either).

    Incubation Points:

    0~119 = 3 Phoenix Feathers
120~299 = 3 Phoenix Feathers + Regular Phoenix Gift Box (incubated without music or campfire)
300~600 = 3 Party Phoenix Feathers + Fine Phoenix Gift Box (incubated with with just campfire or music(not both))
600 + Campfire + Successful Music = 3 Party Phoenix Feathers + Finest Phoenix Gift Box

    @Katherz
Can we give some feedback about this event?
I'd really like if this event were changed in at least two major ways.

    1) Not taking 10 hours to max out that day's rewards.
At 1 minute per point, 600 points is way too long. I recommend 100, or 200 at most. It's inconvenient for many, and not even possible for a fair few, to make this event take that long for the best prize.

    2) Not having there be a set egg-hatching time.
Let the player hatch the egg whenever they'd like.
One way would have a "Hatch" button be added to the window that shows up when you press the Check Egg button.

This event's mechanics are really outdated, and not very enjoyable, and instead of being rereleased, it should definitely be renewed and improved upon.

Also having an event-long quest to complement the daily egg care wouldn't be amiss, since that's something that many recent events have done.
Such as: Alyn Event giving rewards for doing the various daily quests multiple times, or indeed the currently ongoing Sound of Spring: Love Blooms event, which is itself a renewed version of last year's Sound of Spring, where various extra quests for bonus rewards are given out for completing the regular event daily quest multiple times.

And here I thought the devs are weening away from Idlenogi but here we are, a ten hour idlenogi with a "hot time" of 7:00 PM PST for double the prizes.

So 5 hours minimum to get anything decent... welp I'm at 105/600 with both campfire and music... guess we'll see what happens. x.x

At least we had something to do to kill time related to the event, this event just takes up RAM and CPU! >.< Be nice if we had tasks to help speed up or gave points per egg... would be more fun and less time wasting.

I already have to idle 2 hrs for these Notes, don't want to idle another 8 for an egg! O_O

Here are the time cut offs, assuming you stay online all day until the 7:00 PM PST hatching time and not log out or disconnect:
If you've logged in after 5:00 PM PST, you are locked to 3 phoenix feathers
If you've logged between 2:00 - 4:59 PM PST, you can get the Regular Gift Box
If you've logged between 9:00 AM - 1:59 PM PST, you can get the Fine Gift Box (incubated with with at least one: campfire or music)
If you've logged before 9:00 AM PST, you can get the Finest Gift Box (only if you incubated with the campfire and the music)

    Edit: The short version (All in PST): Finest | 9:00 | Fine | 2:00 | Normal | 5:00 | Bupkis | 7:00 | Hatching time

Think I'll just go for Finest once, just to get the 1st title, and then just aim for the Fine boxes (that'll be 5hrs minimum), since those offer better rewards out of all three...

Right now I'm seeing people sitting idle by campfires and camp tents all over dunbarton.

Just how long do I have to sit by a campfire to affect the egg? Is it only my own music that affects the egg or can I listen to other people playing nearby? If I use a furniture instrument to sit by the campfire and play an instrument at the same time, will I get more incubation points per minute?

From the wiki I see that:
Being near a Campfire will make the egg become warmer, making the egg turn more red tinted.
If the egg already holds the effect from a previous campfire, there will be no change in the egg.
Campfires from a Camp Kit effects the egg after three minutes. It does not speed up incubation time any more than being outside does.
Playing music successfully allows the egg to "enjoy itself" and become a more red tinted in the egg examine window.
A failed play will have no effect.
Even if the song does not count as a "success" because it is too low ranked, if played successfully, the effect on the egg will still occur.
You must play the music yourself for it to have an effect on the egg.

You only need to do that once per egg.

The timer will tick up at the same speed no matter what you do.

Sitting near a campfire constantly or playing music constantly will still take 10 hours, just like not doing them will still take 10 hours.

but still let your computer open for 10 hours like that is really ridiculous, most previous events not even take that long to finish. one or two hours is more acceptable in this case
