Hey guys, I went ahead and actually read the official rules and it states that " If an entrant chooses to participate in both Promotion 1 and Promotion 2, the artwork submitted by the entrant for Promotion 1 must be different from that submitted for Promotion 2." So it looks like a double entry of the same artwork is prohibited ^~^; Best of luck to all!!
On the other hand...I think i'm gonna join in too~ x3 Am I the only one that thinks this is a nice theme specifically because it's so open-ended? I feel like it gives a lot of room for interpretation and (hopefully) ensures that the art won't all look similar XD

@NyuuHokusai thanks for all the reference pics It is perfect and I went ahead and sketched it already and did the lineart ovo After I finish a bunch of college apps I'll finish coloring it so please be patient ^^' I had fun drawing her as an elegant little angel~
Btw the concept here is your character dancing in the rain (or rather, a magical puddle that doesn't get her feet wet) on her adventure to the human world after school is out. I tend to create little stories behind my art so i hope you like it? XD (I also purposely didn't give her shoes for more defined feet so tell me if you think adding shoes is better! ^^)
