You can change your email address without having any problems. You may just need to remember the email address you used to create the account, because when you go to make tickets it asks for that email. Although it doesn't really matter. I've changed my email address numerous times and haven't had any problems accessing my account over the years. You can also try to link your account to some 3rd party account (such as facebook, twitch, etc.) just so you can feel more comfortable changing your email and still having another way to validate your account.
