That's a very flawed view of things ..lot of boot licking there.
IMO...if you want to be a successful business you'd listen to your customers suggestion/feedbacks so that you can improve.
That goes with ANY business F2P or NOT.
I dont think people are demanding ANYTHING.. There is a reason why MANY of us still play this game and that's because we love it.
Pointing out their lack of interest in their players does no harm..
They are open to receiving criticism just as any business providing services.
It is every consumer's right to give feedback/suggestions...is that not why there is a forum section dedicated to it?
Feedback/suggestions is VERY different compared to just complaining and whining.
Nobody said "us as a community should just not give critique"
the constant complaining is something we should stop.
You can critique/suggest/give feedback all you want, but complaining and whining because we didn't get our way or anything on the lines of that is 100% childish.
Nuff said.
To be fair, there comes a point when enough is enough, and complaining is the ONLY way to get through.
Not saying that's true for all things, particularly since I do agree with a good deal of what's been said above on both sides...there is a lot to complain about though XP
But I can guess why many of the things get ignored because a lot of it don't have any substance in them. There's hardly enough follow up or meaningful discussion to some topics.
I think I didn't word it right; I'm not saying players can't give their opinion, because that's a normal thing to do, and players being invested and passionate enough to share ideas or to give their opinion on stuff is a sign that a game's community is healthy and active. However, I don't agree with the fact that because someone spent money, they should be treated like royalty. And no, they shouldn't reply to every comment, because this isn't a discussion between you and Nexon, this is a Community Forum. You want to talk to Nexon, write a ticket. I'd rather have them working on fixing things (like Shadow Missions, + tags and the VIP update) than saying "Thanks for your feedback" to every complaint that the new gacha is bad. They know, we know, everyone knows.
You can give feedback/critique/suggestion without whining and complaining, it's been done before.
I'd rather have them continue to work on the game instead of going through our comments, because the amount all of us as a community post, it'll take LITERALLY forever.
If you want to complain in a critique kind of way without making it seem like a complaint, then go for it!
or if you feel your feedback isn't being heard, just make a thread in the "feedback" section for players to complain in a way where we can ACTUALLY be heard, and that if people agree with it to give it a life or a favourite, but that if they wanna add onto it to obviously quote the previous one and add onto it.
it's something atleast and that way "complaints/critique/etc" can all be in one forum instead of spread out like wild fire.
