Also make sure you're launching the game via a Launcher. Using the .exe manually will bring up the old Mabinogi launcher that isn't used anymore, and is no longer supported.
While there's no way to remove it completely, since you're accidentally moving it, consider minimizing it, moving it to someplace it won't bother, and then checking "Lock Dorcha Gauge" in the Settings. It shouldn't be a problem after that.
