Adding a disclaimer does not exempt forum users from the Code of Conduct. I'm not saying "You guys deserve to be punished," because I can understand your situation. However, disclaimers change nothing, as there is already an implicit one by the presence of those coloured boxes around some users' comments (Yellow for Nexon, Purple for VFM). With all due respect, everyone else is a nobody.
The issue VFMs/Nexon have with posts that are "FUD" (that cause fear, uncertainty and doubt) and "Petitions" is about the wording. As The Gazette points out with their slogan: Words Matter. There's a huge difference between "EVERYONE WHO'S MARRIED, GET DIVORCED RIGHT NOW!!! IT BORKED IN THE PAST!!!" and "I suggest you get divorced to avoid past issues, unless the staff says they solved it: [LINK TO THREAD]. @Nexon Can we get confirmation on this?" One incites fear, the other encourages safety.
As for Petitions, though I know the "Should we include Alexina" threads don't feel like one, they work the same way: gather as many "Yes" votes as possible "to show Nexon that Alexina wants to be included." Nexon is aware of much of the community's desire to see Alexina included, and these threads do not bring anything more to the table. At least Server Merge threads used to bring up discussions about multiple issues that could be encountered, but Merge Alexina threads aren't really a discussion.
Now, I'm not saying moderators are perfect. At the least, they could explain this to the people whose threads get locked for these reasons. But I think they're right in doing what they do, especially with a certain user who keeps saying "You're gonna lose everything anyway when the game shuts down."
Have you ever purchased anything from the Nexon web shop using a credit card/paypal? If so, you could get a credit card/paypal transaction receipt as proof of ownership, as they can match the date and content of purchase with your own, and it's exclusive to your account.
The item, as far as I recall, is obtained from defeating the King Black Panther in Black Panther Pursuit, which is a Shadow Mission you get from Kousai, the Cor Village Chief. If you already attempted the mission and failed, simply talk to Kousai again.
If I'm mistaken, and you need it to access the mission Black Panther Pursuit, make sure you don't have the item in one of your less obvious inventories. I recommend checking the following:
- Bags you rarely open
- Soul Stream Inventory
- Me
- VIP (if you have the Premium Service)
Finally, if you can confirm that you don't have the item, you should check with Toupai. Since talking to him was the previous objective of the Generation 17 questline's Mysterious Clue quest, he might just give it to you.
So you guys know how Mabinogi Heroes became Vindictus? I think Nexon did it again.
Mabinogi Mobile was supposed to be a new mobile MMO that remade Mabinogi in a cell-shaded design with simplified mechanics.
Alliance vs Empire (AxE) is Nexon's newest mobile MMO. The HUD looks almost identical to what Mabi Mobile was supposed to look like (check screenshots on the Google Play page). Moreover, the story sounds oddly familiar:

Their war raged across the land for countless years until finally, they sealed themselves away.

Basically, a reskinned Saga: the Cessair want to revive the Gods (or Macha, specifically), and the Milletian and their militia (Dowra/Maike and their troupe) want to stop them.
And finally, look at the map on the game's website. Remove the Slag and that crescent-shaped isle, and that's Iria.
