The issue is that few of these functions are ever updated to include newer content and consider the games growth, it's just put in as another thing to grind out and then left to rot, feature creep is a recurring issue with many free to play mmorpg's…
I asked more or less the same questions about 6-7 years ago and the few that did comment had no answers, you are told everything from a present perspective and are told next to nothing about the Shadow Realm's past or future.
There are already too few people playing the current version of Mabinogi, why further split the already small playerbase, a better option would be a companion app to check stats, pets and charecter, let people interact with stuff like auction house …
There seems to be a whole lot of "innocent people are going to be swept up in a mass ban/ban wave" but can't people just make a ticket in the support section for that?
