I dont remember what was that but its working now.
Here's the list of things I did:
-Disable the firewall
-Put down the security settings
-Open the launcher/updater/runtime as admin
Also let people know where you got the transformation mob.
I was quite disappointed after hunting down Giant Ornata Spiders and then... I can only transform into the small ones ;p
Long story short:

Mostly games don't let you choose things like Mabi does.
