Oh, nevermind, it's been solved. You need a music score scroll and play one of the buffs for the whole thing. I completely forgot you can play buffs with a scroll. Sorry, folks, hopefully the answer will prove useful to anyone else who may get stuck…
Ah, probably just for those that want more from it, I suppose? Or those that end up getting renown up and/or who find themselves with a bunch of pages from fighting (if possible, I've only ever been able to get one page, upsettingly)
