Yes. It was that way since the release of Wanderer's Amulet.
Kristell mentions that his name is similar to Gealach which means moon. this is just before you sent to Emain to talk to Huw to catch the mad fish. the riddle answer is Moon with a capital M, Kristell only uses a lower case m when she tells you about the translation but spelling it as moon is still incorrect.

Can someone tell me where it is?....I'm not sure if I'm just in the wrong place or what, but I can't find it
Well the first one is somewhere Id' like to call the beta tree. Pretty close to the sheep farm. Hug the mountain walls and you'd find it anyway.
Second one is pretty close to Rabbie entrance. I can't progress from there, because the game just won't register me talking the doll.
Not only that, the circle's color doesn't change, so I can't get materials from different colored rats.
Opposite for me. I've gotten more no-rolls than anything. I think the rates are worse this time.
Technically, if you are logged in all day from before 7am, until after midnight you could do the event, re-log to get it again, and then do the same after 7am for a total of 3 dailies in one day.
