    Like most people said, it would be better to try the game out and see it for yourself...

    But that one post where someone think the game isn’t different compared to the G8-G9... lol what, you are kidding me, right? G8-G9 is literally back in like 2010 so of course, the system and such would be very different due to the combat system being revamped back in G16 where magic skills have faster load times, and almost every other skills have instant load time but they have a bit of cooldown now which make it easier to fight now.. and some systems got revamped... mainly the magic formula and alchemy formula.. several new skillsets including the latest Chain Slash.

    Also... everyone is a fashionogi now.. yes, that is true but with the way game is going, there’s kinda... no reason to not get yourself at least one set of clothes you would enjoy wearing and such.. but from my experience, I do see bit less elves running around, especially since the giants got revamp few times so some people resorted to making a new giant main.

  • Repeal the dungeon revamp

    This! Especially 1, 2, and 4.

    1. The reduction for 8 players going in to only 4 is just dumb... why? Just remove this feature from part of dungeon revamp content. I also find it laughable how we still can go in with a party of 8 for Peaca Abyss but not stuffs like Rabbie Phantasm or the Adv HM dungeons.

    2. Yeah, I don't see why they took the Unrestricted Dungeon passes out of the cash shop... a very stupid move on DevCat, especially since they'll make lot of money by just leaving it there to sell in cash shop permanently.

    4. That part really tick me off the MOST! They do actually need to tweak/increase the drop rate with materials (Subtle Marks, Lunites, Broken Chaotic Runes, etc), sewing patters, and blacksmith manuals (Destructive pieces, Succubus Fiend pieces, Soluna Blade, etc) so that they're uncommon but not THAT rare to a point where you had to run it more than 100 times to get one piece of material. At this rate, no one will be able to make their first Soluna Blade or whatever, especially with NA Mabinogi's population. LOT of members have been vocal about wanting the drop rate to be tweaked in NA Mabi so it's actually reasonable with their population so we don't end up dying from old age first before we get to see our first Soluna Blade being made in NA Mabinogi.

    I'd also like to add that... some people including myself were discussing about the idea (from Unofficial Official Mabi Discord) on how to improve NA Mabi in term of drop rates.. and I think it'd be better to maybe introduce the token system where you get them from spamming the Adv HM dungeons, Phantasm dungeon, Alban, etc... and you need to save up 'xxx' amount of tokens to buy certain materials (including mats for Soluna Blade and Destructive pieces), Succubus Queen items (including Fiend wings), specific sewing patterns and blacksmith manuals, and so on while keeping the drop rate the same while running those stuffs so you could be like "GG I got lucky" and don't need to save lot of tokens to get a certain material if you do end up getting it in a run. Obviously, you'd probably need to run more than 50-100 dungeons to get enough tokens for things like maybe being able to buy a Sucubus Queen wings or Soluna Blade manual or etc... so maybe a Token system only for NA Mabinogi to have? Though I doubt DevCat would really do something like that just for us.

  • Max Durability Loss Has to Go.

    At least they did a small update where they added in 100% repair rate option on every NPC so you don't have to worry about losing the dura from repair fail but they'll be like double the price compared to 98% repair cost so it'll be really expensive but better than nothing.

    I'm really glad they actually introduced the Style tab for us to use a long time ago so we cans safely wear fashion stuffs without worrying about repairing them.

    While we beasts seem like we can take and dish out far greater than you in damage you will come to realize that your target game is far greater than ours. You can obliterate those that we cannot, the things that are immune to our wind and can cause it to falter.

    All I see in you elves who whine and cry is simply, greed. You want to be the best in everything with no one ever reaching the halfway point of the pillar dedicated to your greatness.

    So I say, Go Ahead, QQ Moar. It will make it easier to spot elves worth of their name so that others may help them move forward.

    Except that most people actually think the elves QQing in this thread actually had a legit reason to do so. It's really funny too because I'm one of those elves who is about to hit 18k total and already have everything ranked to r1/cap... I even think that the Ladeca buff for the 15% Chainslash damage with giants are really unnecessary and they already have few skillsets they're best with while elves are basically only stuck with one... tell me, do the giants really need one more skillset to be best with?
