Once you've used 30 Cheer Energy, using any more doesn't give Renown Seals. There's a popup that says "You've gathered all the cheer energy you need. The used item will disappear." So no, there's no way to cheat the system and get more than 30 Renown Seals per Music NPC. Stop complaining in every one of your threads that putting in effort in a game is too much work.
Considering you don't know what the Cash Shop is, have you actually purchased a Name Change Coupon using NX yet? Make sure that, on the Name Change Submission site, it states you have 1 coupon available when selecting a character, otherwise you'll need to buy one.
I'm currently opening the 1,300+ Boy's Lost Boxes I still have, and in them are Party Phoenix Feather (Event)andParty Phoenix Feather (Event) - Expires in 3 days. That's right, the only way to make a filler item more useless is to add a timer to it, and there's both in the boxes.
