For the event, it's Rilka's Roulette Event! Collect Roulette Coins for a chance to spin the roulette wheel and win some prizes! Such prizes include outfits from previous events, Fine Echostone Awakening Stimulant, and Erg Unlock Assist Potions, and some phoenix wings with some stat buffs that last six months.
